- 90% of jobseeker’s are open to recruiter outreach
- 27% of workforce professionals resist moving to another role due to poor understanding of the new role’s responsibilities
- When introduced to a new company, job candidates are most interested in learning about culture (66%), ahead of job perks (54%) and mission statement (50%)
- 39% of job candidates land new jobs due to referral, ahead of a job board (32%) and social professional networking (30%)
